Photographers with VIP status

Photographers with VIP status can set their own prices for the images they have uploaded. On this price Photobeluga charges a commission, which is to be paid by the client.

Photographers without VIP status

Images of photographers who have not yet received VIP status, are offered at the default prices of Photobeluga. 90% of the purchase price of the images is earned by their authors. The remaining 10% are meant to cover the operational costs of the website and to generate revenues for the creators.

The bonuses for clients are fully covered by Photobeluga.

The sums below are corresponding to royalty of 90% of the purchase price.

* Upon payment of any amount 10% income tax shall be deducted from the amount, which remains after deduction of 40% normative costs, according to Art. 44 para. (4) and Article 29 Paragraph 2 (b) of PITA (Law on Income Tax of Individuals). The witheld advance tax shall be remitted by Photobeluga to the state budget. Example: on the amount of 100 EUR, the normative costs are 40 euro, i.e. 10% is due over the amount of 60 EUR, which forms a 6 EUR income tax, so that ultimately the photographer receives 94 EUR.
