Terms of starting a Project

This site (www.photobeluga.com) is owned and operated by Photo Pro Ltd (Photo Pro). Access to and use of this website is supplied by Photo Pro provided that you agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, do not register or use this Web site.

Projects service is available to customers of Photo Pro, provided that they agree tothe terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions you should not use the Projects service.

By starting a Project in Photobeluga you agree to:

• Not start a Project for images (and provide links to sample images), which with its content undermine the dignity and prestige of the third party, infringe upon intellectual property rights and related rights or otherwise violate the civil rights of third parties, have obscene or pornographic content
• From your credits in some cases may be deducted a fee for starting the Project, for which Photo Pro will notify you in the process of starting your Project. (At certain times, depending on the trade policy of Photo Pro is possible that the initial charge will be 0 credits). This fee is not refundable in case you do not buy images through the Project you have started.
• When purchasing a image that participates in your Project you agree to pay a certain percentage of extra fee compared to the proces of other images on the website, of which you will be notified by Photo Pro in the process of starting your competition (at certain times depending on the trade policy of Photo Pro it is possible that this rate of the extra fee to be 0%)
• Select photos participating inyour Project within 10 days after the deadline for submission of images, stated by you in the submission form for starting a Project. During this period, photos from your Project wil be blocked for sales to other customers and can be purchased only by you.

Photo Pro reserves the right to refuse to approve your Project in Photobeluga in case that it violates the trade policy of this website or in some other way the business model of Photo Pro. This means that your Project will not be activated on the website (www.photobeluga.com).

Photo Pro is not required to provide a minimum number of images to you for your Project. The number of participating photos depends entirely on the motivation of the photographers registered in Photobeluga, to participate in your Project.

For images participating in your Project apply all provisions of the Agreement for buyers .
