Definition of royalty free and exclusive images

        The images in Photobeluga have several features that you need to know. According to their licensing they are:

• RF or royalty free. These licensing allows images to be offered simultaneously to many customers, not only through Photobeluga, but also through other websites or other sales channels

• RM or exclusive license. This licensing could be called for convenience Exclusive . Tthese images are available for an exclusive usage by only one client for a specific period of time. This is possible due to the provisions from the Photographs agreement for exclusive licensing, which guarantees that this specific image was not used in the past by other clients and will not be offered to others for the period it is hosted at Photobeluga. After the exclusivity license expires these images are free for sales under royalty free licensing to other clients or through other channels
• Additional service, offered by Photobeluga is the prolongation of the exclusivity of the purchased image. This service allows in a period of 10 days before the expiration of the exclusivity the client to apply for a prolongation of the exclusivity and by additional payment to prolong the exclusive license. This can be done repeatedly. You can call this service also “lease of an image” – you can use exclusively an image for long periods without paying the whole amount at once.
